Mark Czaja

Mark Czaja is Vice President and Chief Technology & Innovation Officer for Parker Hannifin. His key responsibilities include leading Parker in new and emerging markets. He also oversees sustainability, advanced manufacturing and human motion and control.

Mark has a wealth of engineering and motion control experience gained in product design, direction and innovation roles. As Vice President of Technology and Innovation in Parker's Aerospace Group, he led engineering and product innovation across all aerospace divisions and oversaw lean product development.   

He graduated with a BSME from California State University, Long Beach and MBA from Pepperdine University. Mark also has a Certificate in Technology Management from California Institute of Technology and completed the Entrepreneurship Development Program at MIT / Sloan School of Management.
Paul Horvat

Paul is the Vice President of Business Development for Parker’s Motion Systems Group. He leads the marketing and business development function for one of Parker’s six operating groups. 

With 30 years of Parker experience, Paul has been involved in thousands of motion and control applications over the years spanning a wide range of electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic technologies. He brings strong expertise in the electrification of motion control, having been part of Parker’s electrification strategy on the industrial and mobile markets for decades. He is particularly excited at the prospect of developing and applying innovative solutions that bring the best of electric and hydraulic motion technologies together for a better tomorrow.
