PPMP is back with an exclusive look at the eHPS, a new electro-hydraulic pump system designed for steering applications. The eHPS was engineered via a collaboration between the Pump and Motor Division and the Hydraulic Pump and Power Systems Division.

To discuss the new system, we have Eric Hendrickson, electrification business development manager, Pat Berkner, the engineer who started the research and prototyping process, and Frank Iannizzaro, the engineering manager at PMD whose team took Pat's work and streamlined it for the marketplace.
